【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportspecifiesanextensionoftheprogramminglanguageFortran,specifiedbytheinternationalstandardISO/IEC1539-1:1997.ItsmainaimistoprovidesupportforthefiveexceptionsoftheIEEEstandardforfloating-pointarithmetic,butitalsoprovidessupportforotherfeaturesoftheIEEEstandard.Aprocessorispermittedtoprovidepartialsupportandtherearefacilitiesforenquiringaboutwhichfeaturesaresupportedorrequiringsupportofcertainfeatures.Clause2ofthisTechnicalReportcontainsatechnicaldescriptionofthefeatures.Itprovidesanoverviewanddoesnotincludeallthefinedetails.Clause3containstheeditorialchangestothestandardandtherebyprovidesacompletedefinition.

【摘要】:1.1ThisstandarddetailsarecommendedpracticeforthecalculationoftheEquivalentBoronContent(EBC)fornuclearmaterials.TheEBCisusedtoprovideameasureofthemacroscopicneutronabsorptioncrosssectionofanuclearmaterial.EBCfactorsforthenaturalelementsaredeterminedfromtheiratomictheirmassesandthermalneutronabsorptioncrosssections.ThispracticeisillustratedbyusingEBCfactorsthatarebasedonthermalneutron(2200m/s)absorptioncrosssections.OtherEBCfactorsmaybeuseddependingupontheactualneutronenergyspectrum.1.2TheEBCisacharacteristicofahomogeneousmaterial.Characterizationofinhomogeneousmaterialsandcalculationofneutronmultiplicationfactorsrequiretechniquesthatarebeyondthescopeofthispractice.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
