适用范围
本部分规定了以太网专线（EPL）业务和以太网虚拟专线（EVPL）业务的属性和参数，包括业务类型、以太网虚连接（EVC）属性、用户网络接口（UNI）属性和网络节点接口（NNI）属性等，并给出了以太网专线和以太网虚拟专线几种常用的业务应用模型。
本部分适用于同步数字体系（SDH）、光传送网络（OTN）、准同步数字体系（PDH）、以太网物理层（ETY）、弹性分组环（RPR）、多协议标签交换（MPLS）、MPLS-TP、异步转移模式（ATM）等服务层网络以及波分复用系统等传送网承载的以太网业务，其它电信网技术也可以参照使用。

【摘要】:1.1Thesepracticescovertechniquessuitablefordissolvingglasssamplesthatmaycontainnuclearwastes.Thesetechniquesusedtogetherorindependentlywillproducesolutionsthatcanbeanalyzedbyinductivelycoupledplasmaatomicemissionspectroscopy(ICP-AES),inductivelycoupledplasmamassspectrometry(ICP-MS),atomicabsorptionspectrometry(AAS),radiochemicalmethodsandwetchemicaltechniquesformajorcomponents,minorcomponentsandradionuclides.1.2Oneofthefusionpracticesandthemicrowavepracticecanbeusedinhotcellsandshieldedhoodsaftermodificationtomeetlocaloperationalrequirements.1.3Theuserofthesepracticesmustfollowradiationprotectionguidelinesinplacefortheirspecificlaboratories.1.4Additionalinformationrelatingtosafetyisincludedinthetext.1.5Thedissolutiontechniquesdescribedinthesepracticescanbeusedforqualitycontrolofthefeedmaterialsandtheproductofplantsvitrifyingnuclearwastematerialsinglass.1.6ThesepracticesareintroducedtoprovidetheuserwithanalternativemeanstoTestMethodsC169fordissolutionofwastecontainingglassinshieldedfacilities.TestMethodsC169isnotpracticalforuseinsuchfacilitiesandwithradioactivematerials.1.7TheICP-AESmethodsinTestMethodsC1109andC1111canbeusedtoanalyzethedissolvedsamplewithadditionalsamplepreparationasnecessaryandwithmatrixeffectconsiderations.AdditionalinformationastootheranalyticalmethodscanbefoundinTestMethodC169.1.8SolutionsfromthispracticemaybesuitableforanalysisusingICP-MSafterestablishinglaboratoryperformancecriteria.1.9Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection18.
