【摘要】:Applicabletoproductscontainingmorethan0.0001%(m/m)ofammoniacalnitrogen.Theproceduredescribedissiutableforcontentsbetween0.0001%(m/m)and0.0005%(m/m).Theprincipleoftheanalysisconsistsindistillation,withentrainmentbysteam,oftheammoniainthepresenceofanexcessofsodiumhydroxideandcollectionofthedistillateinanexcessofacidsolution.Neutralizationoftheexcessofacidandformationofthecolouredcomplexbytreatmentwithsodiumphenateandsodiumhypochloriteinthepresenceofacetone.Spectrophotometricmeasurementoftheindophenolobtainedatawavelengthofabout630nm.HasalsobeenapprovedbytheIUPAC.
