【摘要】:WARNING—ThisInternationalStandardcallsfortheuseofsubstancesand/orproceduresthatmaybeinjurioustohealthifadequatesafetymeasuresarenottaken.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotaddressanyhealthhazards,safetyorenvironmentalmattersassociatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisInternationalStandardtoestablishappropriatehealth,safetyandenvironmentallyacceptablepracticesandtakesuitableactionsforanynationalandinternationalregulations.CompliancewiththisInternationalStandarddoesnotinitselfconferimmunityfromlegalobligations.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthedeterminationof-thepresenceofcolourlesschromateconversioncoatings,-thepresenceofhexavalentchromiumincolourlessandcolouredcoatingsonzincorcadmiumoraluminium-zinc(massfractionofaluminium:55%,withinarangeof54%to56%massfraction)andzinc-aluminium(massfractionofaluminium:5%)alloys,-thetotalchromiumcontentperunitareaonzincandcadmium,-themassperunitareaofbothcolourlessandcolouredcoatings,-thesatisfactoryadhesionofchromateconversioncoatings,and-thequalityofchromatecoatings.Thesemethodsareapplicable-tocolourlessandcolouredchromateconversioncoatingscontainingtrivalentandhexavalentchromiuminvaryingproportionsandproducedbyeitherchemicalorelectrochemicalprocesses,and-onlytochromatecoatingsthatarefreefromanysupplementarycoatings,suchasoil,waterorsolvent-basedpolymersorwax.
