【摘要】:ThispartofISO21549isapplicabletosituationsinwhichadministrativedataarerecordedonortransportedbypatienthealthcardscompliantwiththephysicaldimensionsofID-1cardsdefinedbyISO/IEC7810.ThispartofISO21549specifiesthebasicstructureofthedatacontainedwithinthedataobjectadministrativedata,butdoesnotspecifyormandateparticulardatasetsforstorageondevices.ThedetailedfunctionsandmechanismsofthefollowingservicesarenotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO21549,althoughitsstructurescanaccommodatesuitabledataobjectselsewherespecified:-theencodingoffreetextdata;-securityfunctionsandrelatedservicesthatarelikelytobespecifiedbyusersfordatacardsdependingontheirspecificapplication,e.g.confidentialityprotection,dataintegrityprotection,andauthenticationofpersonsanddevicesrelatedtothesefunctions;-accesscontrolservicesthatmaydependonactiveuseofsomedatacardclassessuchasmicroprocessorcards;-theinitializationandissuingprocess(whichbeginstheoperatinglifetimeofanindividualdatacard,andbywhichthedatacardispreparedforthedatatobesubsequentlycommunicatedtoitaccordingtothispartofISO21549).ThefollowingtopicsarethereforebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO21549:-physicalorlogicalsolutionsforthepracticalfunctioningofparticulartypesofdatacard;-howthemessageisprocessedfurtherdownstreamoftheinterfacebetweentwosystems;-theformwhichdatatakeforuseoutsidethedatacard,orthewayinwhichsuchdataarevisiblyrepresentedonthedatacardorelsewhere.
