【摘要】:Thisdocumentconsidersthecontrolmeasuresrequiredtoensurepatientsafetyinrespecttohealthsoftwareproducts.Itdoesnotapplytosoftwarewhichis:?necessaryfortheproperapplicationofamedicaldeviceor?whichisanaccessorytoamedicaldeviceor?whichisamedicaldeviceinitsownright.Thedocumentisaimedatidentifyingwhatstandardsmightbestbeusedorcreated,andtheirnature,ifhealthsoftwareproductsweretoberegulatedorcontrolledinsomeotherformalorinformalorvoluntarymannerwhethernational,regionalorlocal.Howeveritisnotthepurposeofthisdocumenttorecommendwhetherornothealthsoftwareproductsshouldberegulated.Thisdocumentappliestoanyhealthsoftwareproductwhetherornotitisplacedonthemarketandwhetherornotitisforsaleorfreeofcharge.Itisaddressedtomanufacturersofhealthsoftwareproducts.NOTEThescopeisintendedtocoverhealthsoftwareproductswhicharenot,inpractice,coveredbymedicaldeviceregulations.AnnexAconsidersthismatterindetail.ThisTRacknowledgesthat,ontheboundary,therearehealthsoftwareproductswhichareencompassedbymedicaldeviceregulationsinsomecountriesbutnotinothersandthatsomedefinitionsofmedicaldevicesmayappeartocoverhealthsoftwareproductsingeneralbutinpracticedonot.
